Return Policy

There is a 20% restocking fee for all orders returned within 30 Days. Shipping, Delivery, and Installation charges are non-refundable. Shipping charges will be refunded if a return is a result of our error such as receiving an incorrect or defective product. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases, you will receive a refund more quickly.

Orders requesting cancellation after 24 hours will be considered a return and will be subject to restocking fees and finance charge fees.

For online orders outside the state of Georgia, orders will need to be shipped back at the customer’s expense.

If you want to make an exchange, the original item must be returned and a new item must be purchased.

Parts Return Policy

All returns (except for defective parts) are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Returns for electronic parts (except defective parts) are also subject to a 30% electronics inspection/testing fee.

Only non-used parts can be returned for a refund; if you install it, no refund will be issued for the returned part. The above defective parts warranty is still in effect and we will replace parts returned and determined by us to be defective.

Any package that is refused or un-deliverable to you will be charged return shipping to us by the shipping company. We will deduct this return shipping from any refund that you are entitled to receive.

We will NOT refund shipping & handling charges on any returned items; this includes defective parts.

We always suggest using a trained service technician to diagnose, repair and maintain your equipment.

Shipping Policies

When receiving equipment please inspect for any damage, missing parts, such as levelers on base of units, any necessary cords when applicable, mats when applicable, et cetera. If you find damage or you are missing parts, immediately file a freight claim with the shipper BEFORE shipper departs your location. Atlanta Fitness Repair is not responsible for missing parts lost in shipping. We will endeavor to help you replace parts after we have been compensated for expense of parts from the manufacturer or shipper.

Large orders such as home gyms, cardio equipment, and weight sets will be shipped via motor freight trucking companies. Orders placed out of the state of Georgia arriving by truck are CURBSIDE ONLY. You will need to be present in order to receive the delivery, and it is your responsibility to unload the equipment. If you have any special delivery requests or instructions such as a request for inside delivery, please contact us ahead of time so that we can make the proper arrangements. We generally do not ship to APO and FPO addresses, however some items may be available for shipment to these addresses. Please feel free to email us with your request and we will do our best to fulfill the order.

Prior to accepting any delivery please examine the cartons for any sign of damage. When the machine is received fully assembled, please take time to make sure the unit is functioning properly BEFORE signing for delivery. Atlanta Fitness Repair will not be held  responsible in any way for damage not noted and signed by the freight carrier, even if the damage is concealed. The only way you, as a customer can determine concealed damage, is to utilize or try out the unit before the freight carrier departs your location. Please be sure to have the driver note any damage on the delivery receipt before you sign for the items. Refuse the freight if necessary. Drivers are supposed to let you check for damages then sign. If the driver will not let you check for damages, refuse the freight. Stating that the driver left before you could inspect the freight will not be a valid argument against the carrier even if it is the case because the BOL is signed. Please contact us immediately if there is a problem.

Atlanta Fitness Repair is not responsible for any damage incurred during the shipping of your order. If any freight damage occurs, the recipient is responsible for noting all freight damage on the Bill of Lading with the carrier at the time of delivery. If the recipient doesn’t notate the damage while the shipper is present, Atlanta Fitness Repair is not responsible for the freight damage.

If an item arrives damaged, the recipient must notate all freight damage while the shipper is present, and the recipient must ensure that the shipper and the recipient has a copy of the freight damage claim on the Bill of Lading. The recipient should contact the terminal from where the shipper came from and request a freight claim form. Atlanta Fitness repair is not responsible for the outcome of any possible freight damage claims.

Since we strive for customer satisfaction, we can provide new parts to replace your damaged parts after we are compensated for the parts from the shipper.

For orders placed outside the state of Georgia: Most of the orders ship in 8 to 10 business days and are delivered in less than 2 weeks. Orders may be delayed by increased holiday business, out-of-stock items, or unforeseen difficulties. Items do not ship on weekends. Items that cannot be shipped by UPS or Fed Ex are delivered curbside. Please email us at [email protected] if you do not receive tracking info within 10 weekdays. Standard delivery of items that don’t ship UPS or Fed Ex are curbside; you will need to be prepared to unload the package when it arrives.

Additional charges may apply to some deliveries in the Contiguous United States is stated due to unusual road/driveway circumstances that restrict and/or obstruct delivery. Your delivery location should be accessible to normal size delivery trucks which deliver the size exercise equipment you are requesting. Any additional special services need to be arranged before purchase in writing please.
