The Cybex VR Prone Leg Curl is a compact, selectorized machine with angled hip and chest pads that minimize risk of spinal hyperextension. The user lifts the loaded or selected weight by flexing their knees against an adjustable lower leg pad in a curling motion, bringing their feet closer to the hips. With padded knee cushions, ankle collars and handles for user safety, this machine offers a no-nonsense way to strengthen hamstrings.
